• Take ownership of the sales process for the company and help build a sales department

Compensation would be based on a base salary plus commission.

Prospect and sell Full and Partial Season ticket packages for the Columbus Crew.
Responsible for creatively building and managing a sales pipeline.
Aggressively build new relationships through cold calling, networking, social media, outside appointments, presentations and stadium tours.
Involvement in game-day activities, promotions for the Columbus Crew and outside functions including luncheons, business shows, conventions, etc.
Assists with creative concepts for production of season ticket sales materials, including brochures, fliers and all other support materials.
Develop professional relationships with current clients for referral leads.
Develop new ideas to generate further interest and sales of the products.
Maintain high level of customer service.
Sales and cold-calling experience for a professional sports team
Bachelor’s degree required
Self-starter, creative, career-oriented professional
Passion for sales and an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports
Proven written and presentation skills
Knowledge of Archtics ticketing system, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
