iTickets announces 95 cent ticketing fee

iTickets recently announced the launch of a “$.95 Self-Serve” ticket program. This option provides a quick, easy and affordable solution for those who wish to handle selling tickets themselves with the option of passing the savings on to the ticket buying customer. The self-serve program relies strictly on purchasing online and issuing print-at-home tickets.

iTickets also announced a new plan which adds complete toll free phone center support along with event marketing support for $1.50 per ticket. iTickets is offering comprehensive marketing packages at no additional cost to the promoter.

“We’re excited to genuinely partner with the promoter on selling their tickets,” says Andy Fry, Sales Manager. “With over 400,000 emails and a website that’s consistently in the top five most visited Christian sites, we will provide attractive marketing solutions at no cost to the promoter.”

By offering low-priced options, iTickets hopes to partner exclusively with promoters on all event ticket sales. “The advantage of using the new ticketing solution is that iTickets can provide promoters, booking agents and managers with accurate, real-time reporting and a complete accounting of ticket sales,” says April Niemie, Box Office Manager. iTickets’ current technology can generate ticket sales reports targeting a promoter’s event series, or management’s tour dates, or a booking agent’s artist list.

iTickets continues to offer their traditional full service ticketing plan. A seasoned staff of ticketing professionals with collectively over 180 years of ticketing and event marketing experience, coupled with the new plans and the traditional full service plan, offer the complete box office solution.

“I’m excited to offer our new plans,” says Ed Novak, President of iTickets. “We built our business being the complete solution for promoters. Many event promoters and church staff are already carrying a full plate of responsibilities. As an event promoter your top three tasks are promote, promote and promote.”

The full service solution covers all ticketing responsibilities including selling, fulfillment, credit card processing, reporting, person-to-person customer service and, when needed, on-site support. According to Novak, “the variety of services now offered will meet the necessary price points while providing the desired services.”

As the #1 ticketing company in the Christian marketplace, iTickets continues to develop cutting-edge technology that keeps pace with the ever-changing computer and mobile phone markets. iTickets serves the entire ticketing market by making their technology available at this low price.
